Alf M's College Football Week # 5 Early Plays

Alf M's College Football Week # 5 Early Plays Early plays......10/03/10 322 Louisville -15...would lay up to and including -17. Memphis has 2 QBs and a 3rd possibly ready to go Saturday. But none of them can throw, 9-19-82 yards and LW at home vs Conf Tulsa. Memphis were down by 20 then 30 and their coaches have no confidence in their QBs so they continued to run the ball, down by 30! They also have multiple injuries on the OL. Louisville seems to be getting better each week. LW at Ark st 267 rush, 300+ passing = all cylinders working well. Former UNLV head coach Mike Sanford always does well as the offensive co-ordinator. 369 Army -1 Not concerned with the line move to Tulane -1, that is a minor move IMO. This is a non big conference game that will not attract allot of attention nor money. It wouldn't take but one 3-5 dime bet to move it from Army-1 to Tulane -1. If one sportsbook took in a large bet on this game, the other books would follow suit afraid that somebody knows something on this added type/small college game. Tulane is getting too much credit for defeating a weak Rutgers team LW that was minus their QB the entire 2nd half. Tulane had just 37 yards rushing on 28 carries! They managed to pull off a double pass trick play TD and after Rutgers fumbled near their own end scored the other TD. Their offense ranks 112th out of 120 FBS teams. Army led Temple 28-13 in the 3rd Q. Their offense has improved dramatically and they are deep at every position. Tulane beat Army LY 17-16. Army is soooo much better this year than LY. 390 Northwestern -10 Northwestern now 5-0, dominated Minnesota much more than the final score indicated. QB Dan Persa is 3rd in the nation in pass efficiency. Purdue is the worst team in the Big Ten and their next few games will prove that point and we plan on betting against them if the number is right, not on them. They are missing their best player WR Keith Smith and QB Robert Marve, the problem is/was that even with those guys in the line-up the offense was pedestrian at best and Purdue had trouble beating W Illinois and Ball St. added 326 NC State -9.5 NCST pretty much dominated Virginia Tech. QB Russell Wilson absolutely blew the game with 3 INTs that resulted into Hokie points. You can bet HC Tom O'Brien is working with Russell TW to correct what should be a 5-0 start. We don't care who starts at QB for Boston College they all lack talent, skill and the ability to move the chains, 13 first downs LW vs Notre Dame and 7 yds total rushing. BC lost their first 3 road games last year. 380 Nevada -38.5 SJST is really banged up. Their Top RB, QB, top 2 safeties, 3 LBs where reserve RBs are now playing LB, 2 OL and a DE, all starters 7 are SRs...they are a mess and it has showed. To start the season they went head to head with Alabama, Wisconsin and Utah, no wonder this small WAC team is hurting. They barely beat Southern Utah (who is nationally renowned for their Women's Softball team, I am not joking)16-11 and LW with scrubs, subs and walk-ons lost to UC Davis at home. Nevada won LY in San Jose 62-7. They can name their score and should have this number covered by half time. Against UNLV they had ZERO punts. Surely, this line goes up. 360 Florida -6 The price is now right to get involved in this contest. Florida has by far the better coach and a team that can bounce back after a beat-down by No.#1 Alabama. If this game were on the road I would not be eager to play Florida after Alabama, because of time lost practicing and comfort zone improves play. We know QB Brantley will work hard this week after being embarrassed with 5 INTs and 0 TDs. LSU has a decent defense, but on offense the QB rotation is not solid, they avg 74 yds passing over their L4 games. LSU has lost their L2 in Gainesville by the score of 84-31 combined.
added 380 Nevada -38.5
Is there any injury news with the Army game? I see it at +1 now and am wondering if there is something going on that I don't know about. The U
no injury news on Army, square sharps keep betting against Army

Alf any thoughts on Pinny having NC St -8.5 -109 on the dropdown menu? Thanks for the selections.
No worries mate, if it goes to -7 -110, then well somebody/syndicate is on, but Pinny always has the -8.5 -9 price because of the teasers and there are squares playing College Teasers.
Learn something new everyday in here! Thanks for the teaser angle Alf.
Playing college teasers = putting a gun to your head and pulling the trigger.
There are rare College teasers that make sense. I will sometimes back up my plays with a teaser. Similar to betting WIN and Place in horse racing. Iowa -6.5, -7 LW was a good example IMO, Oregon as well. If your straight bet comes in, and you still have another team on the other end of the teaser which is now live, I will play the other side and shoot for the middle, but this is only after you have cashed your SUP bet.
Not playing college teasers
Playing college teasers = putting a gun to your head and pulling the trigger.
Just nice to know why some lines are like they are.
