Just my opinion at the moment in time here: WAS under 8 total wins is a great bet.
The NFC East is the toughest Division in the NFL, and I think the WAS D will regress a bit this year. I know Haynseworth will initially bring immediate impact, but I just don't think he can stay healthy the entire year. This is when the WAS team unravels; recall last year they were the TOP team in the NFL rankings around weeks 6 - 8 after stunning road upsets vs. their NFC East rivals. A few whispers re: Coach Zorn is that is is a bit over his head here and is prone to meltdowns and this was seen at least once during a post-game conference( can't remember which loss this was at the moment). WAS "D" did not have that great a pass-rush last year and Owner Snyder banking on Haynseworth to me is a HUGE roll-of-the-dice in which he loses this year.
Offense? QB Campbell is the key: and he has already peaked. Can only regress. He will regress.
I think WAS finishes 6-10, last in the NFC east.
