Are the NY Giants for real ?

Are the NY Giants for real ? I'm far from a pro in betting. That's why I have to ask what others here think about the Giants. Are they over rated or real? Wins LOSE CAR 1 - 7 COLTS 5 - 3 BEARS 5 - 3 TEN 5 - 3 HOU 4 - 4 DET 2 - 6 DAL 1 - 7 SEA 4 - 4 They have won against teams with a winning percentage of .350 Maybe not this week against Dallas, but there has to be a big edge going against them down the road. If my thinking is wrong , tell me. thanks

Those numbers compare them against the competition they have played. Some teams dominate bad competition to look good but struggle against good competition so the jury is still out but I like their team.

if they stay healthy , and get home field adv.. no one can beat giants in nfc

They sure looked real this weekend....

Needless to say, the Giants are going to prove themselves against teams with a winning record, but I think they will. That defense is just unbelievable. With Manning hitting his open receivers, it could be a long season for the others in the NFC East, as well as the NFC. Not buying SB tickets yet....but....the stamps on the envelope.

Just to update, and I don't know if this is part of any handicapping theory, In the Giants 6 wins, their opponents are a combined 20 - 34. In the Eagles 6 wins, their opponents are a combined 27 - 27. Plus the Giants have faced back-up QB's in almost 3 straight games.

Should be a great matchup Sunday night. The odds maker makes me think the line is very suspicious and I would lean to the Giants in this game. Why are they only getting 3 points after what we all saw on Sunday? I think it's a big trap. Giants have knocked out 5 QB's already and Vick could be the 6th. Time will tell, but that Gianst "D" is ferocious.
