Bcs championship game W(BB)#268 Alabama(-4) over Texas(@PASADENA,CA) When i look at this game the first thing that comes to mind is just how good both teams are defensively. While i have alot of reSpect for Mack Brown and his Longhorn squad, i simply can't go against a Bama team that has beaten and dominated a Gators squad a few weeks ago in Atlanta. I had Bama(+5) in the game, but i did not see that kind of dominating performance against the team most believed they would see here tonight in Pasadena. Yes, the Longhorns are a quality team that is well coached with a good defense, a good QB in Mccoy and great talent on both sides of the ball. With that said, they were exposed a bit in that BIG12 title game by a Nebraska defense that was able to stiffle a team that was averaging 30+ points per game. Huskers did it with bringing alot of heat on Mccoy and forcing Loghorns to beat them on the ground which they could not. Now, going up against a Crimson Tide defense which is probably the quickest and most talented in the nation, i can't see the Longhorns scoring enough points to win or cover this game. Bama also presents problems for Texas because they have proved they can beat you through the air or on the ground(just ask the Gators). I the end, i see it being pretty competitve for awhile, but i eventually see Nick Saban & Co. coming away with a pretty convincing win in Pasadena this evening. Saban was brought to Tuscaloosa to WIN NATIONAL TITLES. Saban and his team are on a mission to get their hands on that Championship trophy and they won't be denied! F Alabama 30 Texas 20
