Iowa's great win @ PSU very impressive, but we cannot close our eyes to the stuggles vs. N. Iowa, Ark State, and most recently in Kinnick vs. Michigan.
Whisky was supposed to blow this year, they caught the flu and struggled some vs. N. Ill, and then Fresno. Well.......both these teams are better than expected AND Whisky is kicking ass lately, yet they seem to be master at giving up 1 or 2 backdoor scores in their wins to make the games closer than they appear.
Last week, they went into the Horse Shoe and literally kicked Ohio State's teeth in for 4 quarters yet somehow lost by 18. An angry bunch of cherry eating Cheeseheads will circle the wagons and take down an Iowa team running on vapors after a string of close games......Iowa always has trouble away from Kinnick, yes they won @ PSU, but this was their first road win vs. a good team in 4 years.
Further, the sports memo newsletter had a recent problem from what my sources tell me, as a FLOOD of cappers all were looking to bomb in whisky as a best bet. When the dust cleared, two official Whisky's appeared.......a clear best bet consensus from the nation's best newsletter.
Whisky takes the Hawkeyes down here..........bet it ASAP line sure to go UP.
