Big test---------any explanation ?

Big test---------any explanation ? the college football gurus on ESPN have been talking non-stop about BOISE ST'S LAST BIG TEST coming this week against OREGON ST. they opened as a 17 point favorite. currently sitting at 18- at some places. this is a BIG TEST ???????? IF THEY WERE A 2 POINT FAVORITE, WHAT WOULD THAT BE ? 18- POINT FAVORITE------------------BIG TEST ?
Remember that it is not the jobs of ESPN gurus or newsmen of any genre to report facts or give critical analysis but to pump up a story and drive interest and ratings.
Much like MSNBC and the stock market.
They play a weak schedule. Oregon St is from the pac 10. That is why they say that. Actually Boise St goes to Nevada later on who is the real deal and just beat Cal. That could be a real good test.

well u could have got boise -14 over the summer

The talking heads on ESPN were calling the Houston win over The Indy Colts in week one a big upset lol I think Houston might have closed as the favorite
Let's cut to the chase. This "big test" means the game is being shown on ESPN or its sister station ABC.
What do you want them to say? This is a really shitty game, no one should watch?
