No chance. NONE!
Perhaps actually linking the website would be great, so I could say "no" without you thinking I didn't read the article.

No chance - Okla, TX, USC, OSU, PSU, FL, AL, Miami, Nebraska, Kansas, Michigan would all likely go with one loss over an undefeated Boise - maybe not the last three but the others would
Until the WAC gets a lot better or Boise schedules more than Oregon in preseason, i'd say they should not even be considered. The Mountain West is out there playing and beating Alabama, Oklahoma, Florida St. etc (look at BYU this year - Okl and Tulane on the road, Florida St at home) and I think Boise needs to do the same. Until they do, we really will never know how good they are. I still say in most of the BCS conferences, even the lousy ones, they lose at least 2 games a year, likely more. I think most voters would agree and jump a lot of 1 loss BCS teams ahead of them when it counts but I guess you never know.
