Bookies battle the point spread! Week 14 Well we have a new leader in the BBTPS contest this week, and he has a solid 3 game lead. That is none other than Zack Glodberg of the Palace Station, although as we mentioned he is moving...has moved?...to Wildfire Lanes in Henderson I believe. He now has a record of 113-77. Zack had an amazing 11-5 record this past week which vaulted him into first. Joe Porrello from the Cannery, fell to 2nd place when he only managed a 8-8 score last week. He is 3 points behind Zack with a 110-80 record.
Steady as she goes says Jeff Stoneback as he maintains his middle of the road position in 3rd with a 109-81 count. Tied for 4th and 5th are Bill Fogg from the Aquarius-Laughlin, and Aaron Kessler from the Golden Nugget-Laughlin. They each have a 108-82 record. Must be something in the water on the Colorado River in Laughlin. Records have been adjusted to reflect the Monday Nite Game.
As far as differences in the lines the bookies selected, and the current lines, here are the differences. Actually the only two differences involve the NYJ and NYG. The NYG are 1.5/2.5, and the NYJ are 6.5/5.5. Soooo! Let's get started!

The above number represents the amount of times the bookies selected that team out of the remaining 56 bookies.
This week we get more games selected at 5-0 than we've seen in a while. There are 4 games selected unanimously. They are CLE, ATL, STL, and BAL.
There is only one game where the bookies picked opposite from the Consensus, and that was CHI who is playing the Patriots.
Tomorrow I will post the BBTPS LOSERS. In case you didn't notice, the top 5 bookies went 4-1 against the Losers last week which is the first week I've posted both sides. Stay tuned!
