Bookies battle the point spread! Week 9 [B]Well things are really tightening up in the Bookies contest, and bookies are moving up, and dropping out. Last week as I mentioned, bookies Aaron Kessler and Jeff Stonebeck moved up into the top 5 standings. But, just as quickly, Kessler dropped back out, and an old friend from years past, who hasn't seen the inside of the top 5 this year, pulls an 11-2 out of his arse, and now sits in 4thpace. That would be Kitt Langvad from Ariz. Charlies West. Helluva week Kitt!
But meanwhile...back in the standings....Todd Fuhrman from Caesers Palace maintains his lead with a 72-43 record. All standing are adjusted for the Monday night game. William Anderson from the Gold Coast, and Duane Colucci who had dropped out of the standings last week is now tied with Anderson. Those two have 69-46 records, with Colucci having a 9-4 week. Tied for 4th-5th is Langvad and Jeff Stoneback with a 68-47 record.
As far as the lines go, there are only two that are "out of line". The Giants 3.5/7 and the Eagles 1.5/3 are the two lines off a point or more. Soooo! Let's get started
