#367 Texas +5 -108. Younger partner says wromg team favored.
heisman jinx to bama as well right? : )
heisman jinx to bama as well right? : )
Correct! Big in this case as the QB for Texas lost the Heisman in the last game.
i've been seeking attention on these boards for 3 years now, and still find myself far behind fezzik.....i've been posting straight sides and totals against current pinnacle lines for 3 years, and have showed a slight profit. I make it out like i've been a huge winner, by focusing on my record when it is good, and failing to mention it when, like this year, i am losing. So far, no one has realized that what i like to do is post well known tout plays before they get to the screen. This helps a lot in beating the closing number. Also, i like to post my totals on wednesday, when pinny has a $500/$1000 limit and is often being manipulated. In case that wasn't enough (and it obviously isn't as no one cares about me), i tell people at least 3 times per week that i have not lost in 43 years. When it occured to me to try to be more humble in my incessant quest for attention, i came up with the idea to the let my people know that i might lose this year, and if i do, it will be the 1st time in 43 years. When i first started, i made a handful of posts with various investment advice. One of them, purchasing gold, has out performed most other investment vehicles during that time. I have made sure to remind my people of this at least once a week since i first posted it. However, despite my winded efforts, they still love fezzik more than me! Why? Because of his great contest record. So, every time he posts about his contests, i post to tell the people that it is easy to beat stale numbers, and that by posting against current pinnacle lines i am showing them that i am better and should be more popular than fezzik! I cleverly disguise this reminder in a congratulatory manner to fezzik. After all this however, i am still way behind in post views and replies to him and i resent it to the core of my soul.
fyp .
Why is this necessary?
fyp .
WTF! I post my record ATS every week. All plays for one net unit. All vs Pinny, Cris, or Greek. Better by at least 1.5% vs my locals. CFB last week: 12-5, +6.53. YTD: 234-220, -1.01. NFL last week: 6-7, -1.72. YTD: 77-77, -6.81. Three year record: 1035.5-896.5, +82.06 units, 53.6%. Not as good as Adam Meyers, but better than almost (?) all monitored by TSM (whose records are inflated by 1 % or more). 50 straight winnin g years, but, yes, this year is close.
#203 C Florida +3 -120. Wrong team favored.
"50 straight winnin g years, but, yes, this year is close." WTF! I thought it was 41 yrs and counting in 2005?? I guess the CFL and WFL season counts as an extra year per season! LOL That's an old school classic post, PC. Too funny. There's nothing wrong with wanting to be like the Fezman. I wish I had his Vegas reputation; laid multiple dime bets daily and won handicapping contests that paid 220k. If Fezzik keeps up his nice winning pace he will soon surpass the video poker king, Rob Singer, in total winnings. (Just kidding, obviously.) To the Singerman...that would be like "Eli the Punk" beating his beloved 18-0 NE Patriots all over again in the Super Bowl. ;) I think Mr. Singer is still frenetic, to this day, about it.
