Brent Musburger botching EVERY call Unbelievably bad play calls on the key plays....... He didn't know the muff rule on punts. He cannot even tell that McCoy wasn't called down....despite the refs clearly showing it a touchback

Good points, neither did Herbie. Brent's still the best, and he's on Texas for sure. lol

The guys on the FL/Ark were not very good either at times as well.

[QUOTE=johnelect;6128]I agree I thought they were terrible[/QUOTE] When Childs caught that 75 yard TD pass in the 4th quarter, and fumbled at the goal line....the first response from the announcer was that it was an incomplete pass (after the guy caught the ball, and ran with it 75 yds)! The other announcer quickly corrected him. LOL! In the play, Childs had the ball knocked out of his arm..fumbled it forward, and he recovered it in the end zone. The play was reviewed. Then there was another mix up with the action on the field...but I forget....it was before this particular play.

the official had a good view of it and ruled he crossed the goal line, it looked as if it were a fumble to me but the camera angle was not across the goal line. I think danielson who called the game with vern lungquist(spelling check) is fantastic, he knows football, ark got a home field cooking, horrid officiating last eight minutes of the game.
