Browns RSW play a comparative lemon so far

Browns RSW play a comparative lemon so far Not sure about this one. It looked like a great play after the first 2 pre season weeks. I have to assume that other football analysts and bettors have leaped off the Browns. Fez added a little about playing the Colts, might be favoured in most of their first 9 games, etc. I didn't review the schedule but assuming it is true it certainly nothing to hurt this play. Regardless, this is the worst RSW bet I have ----by far. My goal is to figure out if Fez and this board knows something that every one else doesn't or do THEY know something that we need to know. It is a play which I assume many of us are on and it hasn't moved much. Probably unrealistic to expect it to be as good as the really big movers like Houston Over, San Diego over, Arizona Over, Baltimore under,Miami under, Buffalo Over, etc. Some of these are 50 cent scalps and I'm sure others could have 70 cent scalps. The only thing I picked up is even related to a thread that was on this board in the Eagles game is their offense isn't that good. Somewhere else I read the receiving corps is scored like it is near the bottom of the league. Have to admit that doesn't look good for a WC offense. Some analysts question the coaching change there with Shurmur. I have no idea who he is but sense he was a surprise hire and not totally endorsed. Of course Holmgren has an outstanding reputation I think so who are those guys to know? Pinnacle knows and they haven't moved this barely a dime since I bet it. Horrible movement for a RSW bet.
have u looked at the Browns schedule??? If they are even a typical 6 win team, they could have 7 wins by December
I took a look at it myself. It is definitely a schedule which if they play well early in the year as you and Fez indirectly referred to they can build up quite a few wins. They do play JAX and today's developments may slightly increase their chance of winning that game. I do see completely where they would be favoured in 6 of their first 9 games and clearly see your reference to winning 7 games through those first 10 games really as they host JAX in game 10. It seems like a good bet but everyone has already looked at this schedule and like I say we either know something or they do. (although the bet got a little better today.) The flip side of it has to be there is some risk that they're losing their LAST 6 games of the year. They play Bal twice, Pit twice, go to Arizona and got to say it I got Bengals under and if the Bengals under loses well it is going to lose because the Bengals might beat the Browns once. To get 7 wins I need the Browns to win 6 of those first 10 games so under this one scenario. Being favoured in 7 of the first 10 doesn't seem to mean much because they need to win 6 of 10 to maybe win this bet. I don't think we found anything here other than they have a weird schedule that perhaps will build momentum for them to play the stronger teams at the end of the year better than they may otherwise have or to bury this team when they go 5-5 or 4-6 through those first 10 and we'll need some upset to get to 7 wins by the end of the year and clearly a win vs. the Bengals. We need the Browns to be actually a little bit better than expected. I don't see a great play on the schedule angle really. You get 4 games vs. Pitt and Bal how good can your schedule be? Two of the top 5 power ranked teams in the league. Without even looking at their schedule I would assume 1-5 in their division hoping for 2-4. To get to 7 I need them 6-4 in everything else or maybe only 5-5 if I can get one divisional upset or a sweep of Cincinnati. If I can get the sweep and one upset of course we nail it I think. I already know at Oak, hosting St. Louis, playing the 0-1 Colts......I already know these won't be any locks for the Browns. One angle I do like is the last games against Pittsburgh. Have to be some chance the game means nothing to Pittsburgh if they're locked in the playoffs. Could be a game Cleveland favoured but that is no lock either. Heck the game the week before much less likely may not matter but at least some chance of it vs. Baltimore. It doesn't hurt. I like the bet. I bet it. I thought it was better than this and surprised it hasn't been better. All of these scheduling angles have to be known. The concern is the Browns are not as good somehow as 2 weeks ago.
They are going to be favored in 9 of their first 11 games, it's a great bet. Money will show on them..............EVERYONE is going to WAKE UP and figure out they just stole 1/2 a win @ INdy week2.

Yeah I like it. It's a nicer boost when you are only having to clear a small number too. I even think people playing Bengals unders late in the game could be in trouble
they sucked 2 years ago and beat pittsburgh at home in December, they could easily steal one game against Balt and Pitt.
they sucked 2 years ago and beat pittsburgh at home in December, they could easily steal one game against Balt and Pitt.
good point. McCoy is improving and is above average durability, ...he even went and saw the ole gun slinger on his own nickel for Pete's sake!! respect the market: smart let the market determine your plays: losing strategy you're gonna drive yourself mad this way Skeeter :)
dont like the cleveland playcalling. colt has never been a great pocket passer but that's what they want from him it appears he needs to be mobile. they had a 4 pt lead and the ball at the cincy 35 and totally botched the play calling there. they have time to regroup but a bad start for them
Read a short summary of this game. Didn't watch it but seem to come out unprepared. Played a horrible 1st quarter. Didn't close the deal. Got beat by some quick snap. It all adds up to they got a bad team I have to speculate. And let's hope I'm wrong if you bet the over like me. It looked like a lemon. Lemonade is too good for these guys can't hope for that maybe they can make a sauce out of it. I listened to the Colts/Texans first half. Couldn't imagine an NFL team sounding worse than the Colts did in the 1st half. The Browns just had a home game in their coach's first game vs. Andy Dalton/Bruce Gradkowski and lose. After they lose to the Colts and go 0-2, who is the next easy game?
I don't understand how they lose to the Colts. All they have to do is stop the run.
