Casino gambling passed in Ohio Ohio voters passed casino gambling yesterday, approving 4 casinos...in Columbus, Toledo, Cinci, and Cleveland. The Cinci/Cleve casinos are going to be operated by Dan Gilbert, owner of the Cav's, and Quicken Home Loans. I'm sure the Detroit casino's will like this news....if you look in the parking lots of the Detroit casino's there are quite a few cars with Ohio plates on them. From what I understand, they should be open in 2 years.
