432 PHI -8 PHI's offense looks to be rounding into form. Andy Reid teams tend to get better after the bye and as the season goes along. CHI is a fraudulent 4-3. This game sets up nicely for another PHI blowout....just my humble opinion, which, in the NFL this year, hasn't been worth anything.
