I was thinking this before the game - what ever happened to Tyler Palko? Wasn't he at Pitt with Larry Fitzgerald? The answer is, "yes." So then I was thinking, what has happened to that guy since 2006? The answer is, "he tooled around the UFL and CFL for a couple of years because he couldn't cut it in the NFL." So, then I thought, "How bad must he be that he couldn't catch on in an NFL that is in desperate need of quality backup QB's, particularly where Chase Daniels has had an NFL job for a couple of years now". The answer is, "he must be f-ing terrible."
All that added up to playing NE at -17. I really didn't think the number could be made high enough.
End result = a winner in an otherwise miserable NFL year.
