Coach of the Year In a year of horrible coaching (Norv Turner, Jason Garrett) there are a couple major standouts. I thought Jim Harbaugh had this locked up after turning the 49ers around. His roster hasn't changed much from last year, but I'm not sure if that shows what a dipshit Singeltary was or how great Harbaugh is. Honorable mention to Belichick and Gary Kubiak for some solid work this year too.
But the coach of the year has to go to John Fox. This broncos team was completely revamped midseason and he adjusted to Tebow's strengths. Adjusting on the fly to create a new identity and do whatever it takes to win is the sign of great coach (and bettor). I never thought very highly of Fox in Carolina. He is known for being a defensive coach and has the Denver defensive looking great. The offense seems to be turning a corner the last two weeks (although that is from terrible to average).
Betting on the tebow train has been an amazing experience the last couple weeks. I highly recommend getting on until it careens of the tracks. It feels great to be on the same side as God and laying just a field goal.
