Sense of Direction to grab the GOLD Greetings,
Seems sports betting has turned frustration into fascination…
Back when we were slaving to put out newsletters in the old days by early Sunday evening after NFL games were done to get to printer and mailed by Monday afternoon - most of the old time pros were ready to fire at openers.
In fact, most had shot at early firing lines at halftime of second NFL contest all way up till Stardust shuffled up and deal to those waiting for positioning.
Laws of probability catches up in any markets, Wall Street, Real Estate, Forex Markets, etc. Those willing to pay the price usually are ones that improvise, adapt, and overcome.
Seems there are some hard working solid pros on this forum, so if staying up Saturday night or working all day Sunday to prepare for Openers… Maybe that is sense of direction to follow if serious about generating a living from this endeavor.
College Football only lasts 14 or 15 weeks tops in regular season -- not like your going to ruin your life.
I had a major Forex project that has taken six years and six figures of programming to develop that just launched and my time has been limited… Yoda spent the entire season handicapping Pac-10 Football only and trading. I still had a winning football season as I’m sure many pros here.
The problem is most may of not generated as much funds as years past… That is called the Laws of Probability for the real 54% winners. So you have a choice, (I usually do my work on Sundays this year due to markets being closed till tonight in Forex) continue down current road or change your sense of direction.
Work smarter, not harder -- If staying up the weekend is solution -- you are able to take days off during the week unless of course your covering 300+ College Basketball teams or NBA, NHL, etc. That is when the true champions rise to top of the mountain.
My two cents as I prepare for next week -- Obi One proud Dad of Yoda who has a bright future if he stays away from cheerleaders and strippers on the road… Not necessarily in that order.
Obi One over and Out
