Continued Warning to all about Offshore Accounts.
A person's home can tell you a lot about how they live. The cascade office was low-rent all around. Tech was garbage, 30 clerks at most, no talent on the stage... was kinda like a small per head shop. Just say 105, and big limits and all of a sudden they are the second coming of pinnacle. Lenny owes the people I work for a decent sum... but nothing a serious gambler couldn't cover. When he said I'll get you next week and next week came and went you knew it was done. This was at least 3 months before the crash. Any book that goes down 3 months after being touted as a "must have out" a la CRIS, Greek, etc. never had the cash to begin with. BTW, love the forum... nice to see a civil sports gambling forum.
just a another monday morning quarterback......
I've been using Sportsbook.com for at least 5 years now, with no problems whatsoever. Usually get a withdrawal via Fedex within 3 days, free of charge. Surprised to see the low grade on that review site. Might have to switch it up.
I remember that 2007 post vividly. I had concerns. I documented a phone conversation. Anyone reading that, could see that I was just reporting what Lenny said to me. After the Cascade debacle, I swore I would never recommend books like Cascade and people like Lenny ever again. If it makes me an unpopular guy in Costa Rica amongst the lower rated books, (and means I don't make what the money grabbing other sites make) so be it.......
cascade was a real tough read. they were almost a 'must have out' considering their longterm reliability since the mid 90's, reduced juice and scattered rogue #s. i lost alot a great deal of confidence after their collapse.

ill just say that personally i would only feel safe posting up with cris and/or greek. other than that, any edge you may obtain as an advantage sports bettor is likely wiped out by the, albeit remote, probability of not being paid off. btw, a big thank you to betus.com for the calendar every year...unfortunatlely i will not be posting up anytime soon.
Yeah, I get those in the mail, too :) Every time I check their rating, and every time I say "oh well."
Lenny owes alot of people ALOT of money!!
Im a little surprised about all these warnings. Offcourse you should always be careful, but I guess the bookies should have made a trainload of money during the World cup this summer, especially those bookies that also targets the European market.
Doesn't account for greed, though.
