Cowboys/Eagles scenario No matter what way you look at the four possible combinations of wins/losses,
if the Cowboys beat the Redskins then the Sun night game vs the Bears is
virtually meaningless for the Eagles. Chip Kelly has said that they will play
all-out regardless of the outcome of the Dallas game but I seriously doubt
he risks injury to players like McCoy or Foles with such a big game on deck.
This line will most likely flip to Bears as fave if the Cowboys win.
A parlay of Cowboys MLine to Bears (either Mline or ptspread) is an obvious
correlated parlay that some books will let you make and some, like CRIS,
realize they'll have the worst of it and have blocked it.
The best way to take advantage of this correlation is an IF-Win bet. These
can only be made offshore and this bet is only more advantageous then a parlay IF
you can choose a greater bet amount for the second leg. I tried a few at some of
my outs and found some PPH shops where you can increase your bet size.
This is an example of how the bet should be structured. You are basically making
a small bet on the first leg and a much bigger bet on the second leg. If the
Cowboys do not win then you have no action on the Eagle game. The inverse of
this can also be done - taking the Redskins MLine then the Eagles MLine.

In this case, the winner of the Eagles Cowboys game in week 17 will win the NFC East.
Even though the Eagles will come in to the game ahead by one game in the standings,
the Cowboys will own the tiebreakers, so a tied record means the Cowboys win the division.
Eagles beat the Bears, Cowboys lose to Washington:
In this case, the Eagles will win the NFC East, and the week 17 game between the two
teams is meaningless, as the Eagles will hold a two game lead.
Eagles lose to the Bears, Cowboys beat Washington:
In this case, the week 17 game between the Cowboys and Eagles will determine the
NFC East champion, as both teams will come in with the same record.
Eagles lose to the Bears, Cowboys lose to Washington:
In this case, the week 17 game between the Cowboys and Eagles will determine the
NFC East champion, for the same reason as the first scenario.
