Dallas - washington Under is a solid play here even though the number has come down some since the opening. Dallas struggled all preseason on offense and will play this game without RT Marc Columbo and LG Kyle Kosier. LT Doug Free makes his first start in place of departed Flozell Adams.
Hard to tell how good Washington will be but they still play pretty good defense and should provide a tough match up for Dallas when trying to run the ball, espcially when coupled with all the changes on the Dallas offensive line.
Dallas struggled last year when going on the road and playing an above average defense. They totaled 10 points at Denver (10-17), 20 points at Philly (20-16), 7 points at Green Bay (7-17) and 17 points here in Washington, where Washington had shut it down for the year (17-0). The Cowboys still bring a very good defense and they will make it tough for Washington to do much damage on offense.
This series has been a low scoring series here in Washington with the last 9 years showing total scores of 17, 24, 33, 41, 42, 39, 27, 34 and 34 points.
Lastly, my numbers only predict about 31 points.
Solid play under 39.5 or 40 points depending on what you can get.
