delaware

delaware according to a pretty good good source, the #'s there will b different than vegas. they will prolly open the same but adjust differently. expect philly, balt n wash to be a 1/2 pt or so higher.
The spreads will be shaded high on teams like Dallas, Pittsburgh, NY Giants etc Since it's a sports "Lottery" which pretty much means parlay cards for suckers.
my understanding is that they'll be accepting straight bets too
Again, what the heck is it gonna be? We'll try contacting the regulating body tomorrow. Need it for LVA anyway.

I know a lot of articles (if someone pulled up a google search) are from earlier in 2009 but more concrete information has came out. https://www.philly.com/philly/sports/20090813_The_line_on_betting_in_Delaware.html
this week i spoke with someone directly involved in the process. they have one more legal challenge on sept 1st which they expect to win. after that they're open for business. straight bets, parlays, teasers w decent limits. 10k on nfl sides n 5k on cfb. don't hold this is agospel just the info i received is from a good source.
I stand corrected Sounds like it's a vegas style sportsbook I figured it would be parlays only

Thanks for the update.
It is a no go: https://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090824/ap_on_sp_ot/us_sports_betting_3
I love how they said "well, they can still have parlays". Gee, thanks. The state will make money on those though.
