Detroit/Tennessee 4th and inches decision I love Fez's idiot coaching threads, and I am curious as to his thoughts on this play.
My initial reaction was a lack of faith in his D, so better to go for it and end the game. Kicking a field goal on the road is not a guarantee, even a 28-yarder. But in the press conference apparently they were trying to draw the D offside and then call time out, except the ball was snapped instead.
