Did I Make the Right Play?

Did I Make the Right Play? This might have been a mistake which is why I'm asking about it but here's what I just did. I had bet $300 on each of 4 combinations of teasers..three two teamers and one 3 teamer (getting 180 to 100). Since 2 of my teams have won, I'm either going to win $1,440 or lose $660. Given that I can get a 6 point middle opportunity and can't lose if San Diego doesn't cover the teaser spread, I bet $660 on Atlanta -2 1/2. Now I'm either going to break even if Atlanta wins by 9 or more, win $2,100 if Atlanta wins by 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8, and win $720 if San Diego wins the game or loses by 8 or less. Seems to make sense to me. Anyone have any thoughts? Was this the right thing to do or should I have just held on to my original bet and won the $1,440 or lost the $660? Thanks.
Either way, I'd have hedged less myself, maybe 440/400 No reason to hedge the whole thing and give back expectation. Really no reason to hedge at all, but a small hedge ok
