I agree they would never make it NO -3 but if that is what Sean1 thinks the line should be, then there is value for him on NO, assuming his numbers are accurate.

He said "Baltimore should not be -1", and thus was commenting on the linesmaker's number, not his own. I know later he said he'd make it NO-3, but he seemed to say that he does not think the line on the game should be Bal -1. Which I disagree with. The line at open SHOULD be Bal favored by at least 1. I agree w/ your statments, I just read that he was commenting on the linesmaker's line, not his own.
