Early Thoughts for CFB Thanksgiving Week

Early Thoughts for CFB Thanksgiving Week Greetings, I have been rather busy and Obi-One (Dad) took time to survey the site and respond to earlier post. He mentioned we should offer early insights for upcoming College games as this analysis has been missing in past. The times are changing in preparing weekly due to myriad of reasons. Seems Obi-One shared his thoughts and here are three early selections to consider for next week in CFB. Here are Obi-One selections with his comments… Play at your own risk… 11/24 102 Western Michigan -9 and now -10 --- We started the season taking a woeful North Texas squad when they invaded Muncie to play depleted Cardinal football team. We will end the season at the pay window going against the Cardinals. Time to end this one quick, and party with cheerleaders before heading home Wednesday for holidays… Western Michigan by 21 or more 11/27 122 Ohio +3 ½ or more in an absolute war that goes the distance. Kudos to Temple for outstanding season in ‘09. 11/28 170 Georgia Tech -6 earlier from outside sources and now -7 as the Rambling Wreck will be playing in-state rival attempting to close season 11-1 (ACC Champions play Clemson next week) Could write several paragraphs about this selection… Forget about comments on Georgia, they will go to 6-6 with a loss and still play in a bowl… There in the SEC… Tech by 13 or more rather easy… And some to ponder when line begins to grow upward…. 11/26 110 Texas Am -- once +24 ½ hits before game time, I will take a taste of Aggie meat along with pumpkin pie… Hopefully the two go down well Thursday evening. 11/28 139 Syracuse +14 or +14 ½ - Don’t expect this to hit unless you have some local yoke - but needs to be addressed… U Conn left everything on field last week versus Irish and I played +14 earlier in day from rogue line helping to determine numbers for tonight - yet, if public bites (pros won’t) and number goes up, stay patient and grab piece of pie… Obi-one Yoda likes some Dogs later this week as line show move more to my liking. Happy Holidays to ALL… End of Report Yoda and Obi-One
Thanks Yoda. Very nice analysis and I enjoy when the sharps post their early plays. I am trying to understand line movement and how to get the best number.
No Offense
Yoda. Very nice analysis and I enjoy when the sharps post their early plays. I am trying to understand line movement and how to get the best number.
No offense to Yoda but what makes you think he's a "sharp". Trust me, I know from experience, being a poster here does NOT make one a "sharp". It just means that poster has an opinion. But having said that, I like all three of Yoda's plays! LOL
I agree, played 102 Wmich -9.5 and GT -6.5 vs. openers..... and YES I did stay up til 4am Saturday making numbers this week.

Auburn, South Carolina, and Colorado will be tout love fests because of favorites locked into championship games. I like the first two, Nebraska came out very short vs CU, but 10 or 10.5 is getting kind of interesting.
Knew you would Mr. Fez, I had a pretty good idea you would do whatever it takes as we begin the drive for GOLD in College Football. Yoda (my son) has kept me updated on your effort. Congrats. You would become one heck of a Forex Trader. I'm Obi-one (the Dad) who actually let Yoda knows this needs to be turned around... LOL --- I'm older and should be Yoda? We shall attempt to post more plays - Yoda was on another forum last year where he went wild in Bowl Games and NFL Playoffs... I really didn't have time for the Dumb Money crowd. Seems to be a higher class on this forum, amazing what paying a few bucks a month does for upgrade. By the way, we have a great underdog play waiting in wings later this week that I will share. Are there not many others sharing early CFB plays every week? Good Luck to all and Happy Thanksgiving from Yoda (the Son) and Obi-One (the Old Man)

However, I appreciate him posting his opinions.

Thoughts on Texas A&M - Texas for Thursday night I know a lot of people who like the Texas A@M side on Thursday. Be forwarned. The three games they got clobbered this year they couldn't run the football. 109 RY's vs Arkansas - Lost 47-19. -13 RY's vs Kansas State - Lost 62-14. 59 RY's vs Oklahoma - Lost 65-10. Texas's rush defense is really strong. Only one team rushed for over 101 yards on them. I know Texas A&M won the last two games ATS versus Texas in College Station and it is a nice home field advantage but for me it's either Texas or stay off the game. Lee Sterling - Paramount Sports
