Eli Manning's Bruised Heel? I take it everyone who is on Earth already knows Eli Manning hurt himself in today's game. The Giants are saying it's a bruised heel, and Eli says it's not his achilles.
Bullshit, IMO. It sure looks like all the symptoms of a partially ruptured achilles tendon. Maybe I'm wrong, but I doubt it.
Never mind he reacted like he was shot, and he the fact he said he felt a "twinge" and not a pop leads me to believe it was either a strained or partially ruptured achilles.
The Giants will throw plenty of sugar on the diagnosis and called it a strain, or a stretch, but I don't see Eli Manning playing football again for awhile.
I took some of that +15.5 on Oakland at the Hilton, TYVM, because I think it'll close at 11.5 or so.
