Fezz has picks website??

That's the rule on Twitter. I dunno about domains, but considering the whole concept of cybersquatting, it makes me wonder.

Pretty sure you have to prove that your business has created value to the name or brand and that the burden is on you.

you are better off going after him for the pic and the claim that he is fezzik than the domain. you are not getting that domain name back I would bet on it.

Towelie is correct. I would maybe also consider seeking an injunction against GoDaddy in AZ (the AZ Dept. of Corporations website lists it)ordering them to temporarily take down the site. I'll bet if GoDaddy gets hit with that from the real Fezzik, it will probably take the site down itself regardless of the merits of the request for the injunction. You'd probably need an Arizona intellectual property attorney and/or litigator for this. Another option would be to have an attorney simply get on the phone with GoDaddy's legal department and ask for help informally. Their in-house counsel should be smart enough to know that a request for an injunction is likely to come down the pipe if they get a call from the real Fezzik's "lawyer"..

A guy I know on another board bought a package on that site.

Have him log in to his PayPal account ASAP and contact customer support to tell them what happened. There's a good chance that the money can be taken back before it's too late.
