cant bet this big unfortunately. this may be just another smoke screen by Favre so he can skip training camp per usual

This is a bet I like either way as a bounceback for Peterson, but I definitely think it would help AD's production if Favre didn't. Look at the yardage leaders last year and their QB's. Dedication to the run is much more important than whether the opponent stacks the line against weak QB's. Chris Johnson 2006- Collins/Vince Young Steven Jackson 1416- Bulger/Boler/Null Thomas Jones 1402- Sanchize MJDrew 1391- Garrard 5th place was Peterson who had his production drop off with Favre on board.

This is a good point. HC Childress can now go back to his vanilla play calling that he so throughly enjoys. Last year the big rift between him and Favre was over Childress' conservative approach. Favre had to basically call him out to open up the offense. AP will get a TON of carries and the line is very good.
