Fezzik formula to calculate Line?

Fezzik formula to calculate Line? What was the formula based on season wins versus average schedule (power rankings) that Fezzik uses to calculate his own NFL Lines? I know its been posted in here before, but I cannot find it via search. Maybe im searching wrong words :-)

Formula Season Wins Power rating number of Team A-TeamB, take this number muliply by 2.3. Adjust 3 for HFA. IF spread is over 6, scale back by 40% on the amount over 6.

How about a quick example for a spread over 6?

Where did you get those numbers (* 2.3, over 6, 40%)?

example cin @ ne 8.3 @ 9.4 week1 1.1 x 2.3= 2.6 add 3 for HFA, NE -5.3 IF you calculate a spread of 11, make it 9 for the 40% pullback over 6. The problem.....hard to determine UPDATED season win power ratings as if the year started today!

And there's there's the fact that nfl week 1 market is about 100 times bigger than the RSW market, meaning many of the sharpest NFL bettors don't plsy the RSW market.
