Fezzik Hilton
You can talk, talk, talk, but ANYTIME you want to compare my online longterm results (at times using methods you have laughed at) to yours, let's do it. I think the comparison would be rather embarrasing to you. You say I'm not a sharp gambler. I simply say show me 30 guys in this world with an overall higher overall edge/competency/win amounts over multiple games. Henry at Pinnacle summed it up best "Fez, every time I go to lunch, we go from winning $5,000/hour to losing $2,000 per hour".
Henry's quote was from when, 2001? i was just asking your hours, i in no way implied you can't win on-line as a matter of fact, i said the opposite. again, anytime you want to play a live freeze out i'm available. as for 30 people, you're not going to know most of them but trust me, their overall edge crushes yours. edit: i decided it was a bad idea to list people.
This is a pretty dumb argument. To say Fezzik doesn't understand gambling is naive at best. To compare him, or anyone, with others involves so much speculation that it's not productive (no one really knows what the best are doing, and the best aren't gonna tell you). And to even worry about it strikes me as a waste of time. Though I certainly don't want to add fuel to this (did I mention that I think this is dumb?), I'll note that several of the names on your list work together and share results, so it's more like one entity than several.

ya i think this is a naive and fruitless argument. if i were to categorize people, i would consider fez the de facto carl sagan of sharp sports betting. he may not be the individual #1 sharpest gambler on the planet but he knows how to profit substantially from it and is a one of the only serious communicators from the upper espilon of sports betting.

That's a reasonable categorization. But I'll also say that if everyone involved in this discussion knew everything he's done in his career, we probably wouldn't be having this conversation.
Looks like most of the top guys in the Hilton contest had a rough go of it on Sunday. I know I did going 1-4 and 2-3. Fezz should move up if SF covers tonight.
That's a reasonable categorization. But I'll also say that if everyone involved in this discussion knew everything he's done in his career, we probably wouldn't be having this conversation.
could either he or you expand on that?
Do I want to disclose everything I know about someone else's career? No. I'm saying he's extremely capable. Don't need to say any more.
Look this is clear: If Fezzik is not sharp, no one is. Almost all of his plays move in his direction. He simply is crushing in the LV contests. LW he did NOT bet NO -8 1/2, when Pinny was at 10. I have said it before, but this is a purely results driven business. Also, even though I do not know Fezzik, I'll bet that NO ONE puts in more hours, handicapping and shopping.
Someone always puts in more........ But The Midnight Oil is Burning.......
