Have we ever seen an NFL game with same half and full game spread other than when pk or +1? Certainly rare!
I think it makes sense here with it probably being, at worst, a coin flip that NE pulls the starters in the 2H.
I'm not saying that either NE -4 or NE 1H -4 is a good or bad bet, I'm just saying that the books probably have no choice but to line both at the same number given that NE has already locked up home field.

I think a lot of the Colts Week 17 games have been something like this in recent years (not this year obv). There may have even been one where they were faves 1h, but dogs for the game.
So this means you expect to see SD -2.5 at some point?
Bingo. And if there is enough action, you could find an alt line at Matchbook for, say, -2.5 +110, giving you a juice-free middle.
23.5 available at -115 at the greek on NYG.
What would you make the quarter lines? You don't think at the -140s+ that the books have properly priced in the fact that everyone knows these teams won't have their starters in?
Denver.

+3.5 -108 Mbook, +3.5 -114 Pinnacle.......
Every square, rectangle and sharp is going to be on this obvious "good story".........I'm on it.
