What makes you think that Anthony and Fezzik is not behind that site?

If it was really them behind the site wouldn't it make sense to acknowledge it and call it a premium site or whatever. I personally would pay them what 30 of you guys pay each month here for access to that. It is simply (and yes I am a licensed attorney although I dont practice anymore) not that easy to shut a website down. It costs time and money. I would bet that if you guys wanted to fund the prosecution of a suit with large checks then Fezz would go for it. If you dont trust the guys running the site to be straight up then simply take your business elsewhere. I have no problem with people asking legitimate questions but they have responded and that should be that.

As consumers, our recourse if we think the "sellers" here are dishonest is to stop buying the product. Beyond that, it's Steve's (and only Steve's) perogative, right, and decision to continue the fight against stevefezzik.com. At this point, Anthony has stated that they have taken all reasonable steps to address the situation, including consulting attorneys. None of us have reason to doubt him, nor are we in a position to demand further action, especially where further action would be solely at Steve's/LVA's cost and expense.

Thanks for that. I don't understand why anyone feels they can "demand" to know what we've done, or are doing, with something like this. The list is so long I couldn't begin to detail it. We were successful in getting them to stop sending Twitter notices by monitoring them 24 hours a day and re-tweeting to all their targets. That was a ridiculous waste of our resources, even though we got something accomplished. We spent all kinds of time and money on this without any cooperation until I said hell with it. Then we put up our notices and explained (again and again) that it's not us and look, I'm still wasting time.

Don't know why I didn't think of this. Just talked to Fezzik and we'll pay $1,000 to anyone who can get those two sites taken down (and I'll eat some shit in public). Have at it.
