I checked Phil Steele's NFL magazine because I needed to justify why I spent 12 dollars on it since I only read about 1/4 of the teams and then it ripped in half.
Seriously, it says Steve Crosby is the ST coach of the Chargers and is in his 9th year with them. He has 25 years as a coach in the NFL, 3 years as a player and 4 years as a scout.
Steele gives ranking to ST and according to his rankings the Chargers have only finished out of the top half of the league one year and has received 2 top 10 rankings.
I didn't even see the plays yet. But I think this guy gets a pass. I think the player's need a little more accountability. But we'll see.
