Grading College Football Futures

They are cheating or incompetent NO book has this rule that I know of........
The book is BetEagle and they are claiming that BetCris and Jazz also graded it as 11 wins for Oklahoma. Can anyone confirm that?
BetEagle
The book is BetEagle and they are claiming that BetCris and Jazz also graded it as 11 wins for Oklahoma. You might want to check into who actually made the decision on the Oklahoma bet. The agent or BetEagle? In my dealings with BEtEagle they always deferred to the agent on disputes as they merely process the transactions.
Nothing wrong with BetEagle. Great pph shop with great people. I've been told the props dept misgraded those rsw's, but because most of the business is pph, they have to fix them on a case-by-case basis.

Custer I'm glad your experience was better than mine!
Have to make sure to distinguish between the pph shop and the agent. Sounds like your bad experience was with the agent, and had very little to do with BetEagle.
Agree
Have to make sure to distinguish between the pph shop and the agent. Sounds like your bad experience was with the agent, and had very little to do with BetEagle.
To be clear, my problems were soley with the agent and not BetEagle or its staff.
Beteagle is not a good book. It's that simple.
Guys, I have a client who bet Oklahoma regular season wins under 10 1/2. They ended the 12 game season at 10-2 so I told him he had a winner. But they won the Big 12 Championship game and the book is claiming that victory counts on the regular season total. My feeling is that it's obviously graded wrong because it wasn't a regularly scheduled game before the season started. A 12 game schedule is the most a team is allowed to play in the regular season. Am I wrong here? Is the league championship game really considered regular season as opposed to postseason?
Here's a report from Sportsbookreview regarding Beteagle: https://www.sportsbookreview.com/sbr/beteagle/ There's no grey area here, your agent is dead wrong imo. If the rules differ on the season wins total than other shops, than they usually include them where the wager is made so everyone can see it.
BetEagle corrected the grading. At least they paid the under, not sure if they really had that banner posted or if they were looking to pull something over. Never produced the banner they talked about but at least they did the right thing. Thanks everyone for your comments, it helped the case.
Pph Bet Eagle pph has been good for 10+ years for tons of people that I know including me.. The post-up part.. well that is something else.
