Truthfully, if H1N1 news comes down, I think it may actually over-inflate a line. Everything about this virus in the media has been overstated. The numbers of influenza infections this year will be similar to normal years -- the effects of H1N1 are just quicker and sometimes more severe. Teams (and college campuses as a whole) are taking greater precautions vs. the flu this year than ever.
I agree, H1N1 may present an opportunity this year -- I just think it will present an over adjustment of a line, which I hope to take advantage of.
Others can help me out, But off the top of my head. Joe Cox was the first player to get headlines for flu symptoms (played poorly in non cover). Colt McCoy had flu this week, played poorly (no cover). Florida reporting guys that had symptoms played below par..no cover. Wisconsin was a no cover when they had a bunch of players with sympoms leading up to the game with Fresno. I think there are a couple I am missing. Washington State or their opponent week 1, might have been one.
