Hedging a 10 team parlay

Hedging a 10 team parlay I normally don't bet parlay's but took part in an online book's 10 team parlay bonus today. I have hit 8 of 10 and the two remaining are NY Giants -3.5 and New England -1. I bet $5 to win $2438. Would the experts here hedge at this point? Is there a math forumula I should be using...If so how much should I hedge.

It is really just a question of how much you want to risk?? Your EV is somewhere in the $600 range. I personally would probably put a couple hundred and then double up. So total risk would be $660.

You are good on the Giants as I bet the Bears and have not won in about 3 weeks. Hedge the Pats as I bet them.

Thanks I still can't believe I nailed this....got really lucky one week. I also got a big bonus from Bodog for hitting the 10 team parlay bonus. Everyone talks crap about Blowdog but I find that taking underdogs provides a lot of value there. I will never look at $5.00 the same way again.
