Hilton Update, 1/2 point ahead, but 2 guys can take the lead on me. I have 51 points, 3-2, in the Clubhouse. Tim Trushel has 50.5 point, 3-1, Wash +7 pending BiG E has 49.5 points, Den+7, Chic +7 pending "This one's gonna be a tough one" ......the announcer in Rocky I, after the close of an early Round.

Big E Smalls?
he's notorious

We have Was HUGE, so we have to root for Trushel on that one. Still, you are in great shape with one week to go!
Fezzik: When you get a chance, please explain how the winner is chosen. Is it a % of some kind, how are the ties figured, only total wins??..If i understand your math above ties are 1/2 a win(or 3 ties is + 1/2?) and if that is the case the Hilton has you in second place when you are really in first after last week. Nowhere is there a link for this..I've always followed this contest, but this is the first time i tried to re-rank the leaders after today and need a little clarity for the finish line.BTW, GL & win, tie, or ..you have one amazing run the last two years in these contests. CONGRATULATIONS :-)
ties = 1/2 pt. wins = 1 point

CONGRATULATIONS :-)[/QUOTE] Unfortunately the Hilton doesn't list the points, just the record. You'd think seeing it is their contest, they would list this correctly. But, they are the ones who didn't even know their own tie breaker system and had to pay out extra money a few years ago because they paid it incorrectly (that according to my proxy who had the winner that year).
Looks like this years winner will probably win by 1/2 point. I believe Fezzik would lead by 1/2 if Chicago loses & conversly in second if Chicago wins by 1/2 point. I wonder how you hedge(many diff. choices) this into next week, if at all? If it's not to conveluted, i hope he shares this after the dust settles. Bird in the hand or not? Sure makes this interesting... If Washington actually covers, Tim would lead by a 1/2. Good stuff........
Fezzik looking good! The contest is easy to figure out: wins=1 point. ties = 1/2 point. Fezzik is clearly the master at this.
