HOUSTON 282-3-112 or less

HOUSTON 282-3-112 or less -3-110 still out there in select spots. I think the up and coming Texans are going to view this MNF game as a HUGE preseason game. And The Vikings at 2-0 are just trying to get Brett a few completions. AT -3-115 it is a reach.........mabye 1/2 a unit. Similarly, note I bet NYGiants -3.5 reduced, I expect the GMen to be in a focused mood, but I didn't release this due to 1) Series history 2) Weather issues 3) I hate laying -3.5 in presason
Texans are definitely coming under fire from the local media and the coaches around here. There was even a front page article in the Houston Chronicle talking about avoiding possible TV blackouts during the regular season, because tickets weren't already sold out for regular season games. After a horrible home showing last week, I expect a lot of gameplanning for this showcase preseason game with Favre and Monday Night Football in town.
Thoughts on Houston - Minnesota Steve- I like your thoughts on this game. I expect a nice crowd for the game as Houston wants to show something on the big stage. They are underrated. I love their DL and their offense. Everyone knows about WR A. Johnson but their 2-4 WR's are good also and RB Steve Slayton is an emerging superstar that can go the distance on any play. Don't be suprised if Minnesota plays a lot of backup DL as the could be without both William's for four games at some point this season. They need to take a look at a lot of backups fighting for playing tima and to make the roster. Houston is the right side in this contest. Also, New Orleans looks like a dead OVER team this season. The defense doesn't look much better and the offense looks next to impossible to stop. WR Colston looks like he's 100% after an numerous injuries in 2008. The last team with the ball with 2:00 left will win a lot of their games 34-31.
Hou and gia. Im on both of these per the tue meeting. Sanchez has been named the starter by ryan, will be interesting how long he leaves him in vs another top nfl def. If he plays badly hes already commited to him so he avoids a controversy . I wonder how muh jets have left in the tank after that tough balt game last wk. Tarb

I agree with Twoniner's comments and Houston -3. The Houston radio talking heads have been holding a wake for the Texans since the game last Sat. night. The general consensus has gone from probable playoff team to possible playoff team with luck. Everybody is crying about lack of run defense & backup QB play. All this after a wk 2 NFLX game, lmao.
