I think Kelly let Pitt score that TD with 130 left. Cincy was marching up and down field so why not play let them score and play for TD and OT - then Pitt misses XP. Don't think you can blame Pitt too much for not kneeling on it and trying FG in those conditions but I bet Wanny didn't even think about - announcers said nothing at any time.
