Hue Jackson you are FIRED!!!!

Hue Jackson you are FIRED!!!! I don't usually get involved in these weekly synopses of the coaching decisions made because for the most part I don't see enough of the games on Sunday to critically comment. However, I was watching the Raiders vs. Detroit and after the Raiders recovered a fumble and short returned it for a TD to get ahead of Detroit 26-14 past the midway point of the 4th quarter, Jackson sends in Janikowski for the extra point to make it 27-14. This is just incredible what a flawed strategy this would be. It is almost inconceivable to me that Carson Palmer or an assistant coach, a fan, anybody, wouldn't have noted this. Belichick went for the 2 and got it vs. San Diego earlier this year to get up by 14 in a game. It can't be any more basic than this and I can't possibly think how he could defend it. I'm not a blackjack player but pretty sure he stood on soft 17.

Past the halfway point of the 4th? There isn't any option for Detroit except for 2 TDs. That's like standing on a soft 16!!!
I just read a review the TD was with 7:47 left in the 4th quarter so I'm not correct that it was past the half way point. But it is the wrong call by Jackson. In the review I read not even a mention of it at all (the decision to go for 1 pt).
