JAX 4q-110 VERY good bet thegreek.com
I discuss with Max how specific circumstances change the normal quarter distributions.
The whole question to me was handicapping the chance that Manning & Co. would sit. Given what we saw...it makes it even more interesting what they will do next week, with 10 days off. I think they play all 4Qs next week (unless they are blowing out the Jets or vice versa). And I think they continue to do so at BUF too if they beat the Jets.
I get it............
and next week's will have a very small audience.
Looking at NFL.com, the game is currently schedule at 4:15pm -- national game. Audience is likely bigger than the NFL Network. Doesnt' mean they won't sit some stars, but I dont' think the size of the audience will be a factor.
What's interesting is that I believe Indy was going to sit a lot of guys, until the NFL and Irsay got together and convinced them not to. But last week's game was on the NFL network, and next week's will have a very small audience. Next week is the key obviously, as if they play guys next week and win, they won't sit them week 17 with only 1 game left to 17-0. Not saying they will, but I think there's a chance the Colts do indeed go into exhibition mode next week. Something where they sit a lot of guys, especially on defense (which they did somewhat on Thurs), still play Manning at least a half, and hope they win anyway.
Nice try. Exhibiton mode? Stop taking the drugs. Undefeated teams will never do this. The rest of your hypothesis sounds like quite a story as well. ANy other "get togethers" going to happen soon? LOL.

I get it............
IND 1q was a bad beat of monumental proportions. Some of the reasons are obvious, some not so much.
