A Lesson Learned I have an account at easytowager (Hollywood, I believe). I made a 4-team 13-pt teaser that included the Cowboys, Phi , Oak and Atl. The Cowboys +6 covered, but then the Philly game was postponed. I figured the bet would be cancelled, but when I saw it was still in my pending wagers, I called to see what was going on. On Sunday the clerk told me the wager was cancelled. However, when I checked this morning it was still there, so I called again. The clerk put me on hold, then came back and told me that what they were going to do for me was to wait until the Atl game was over tonight and then call back. He intimated that if Atl covered they would let me pick a 4th game to complete the teaser. I asked what would happen if they lost and he told me it would be a loser. In the past I would have taken it at that, but considering some things that have happened in the past, I figured I better make sure so I called my agent. He called them to check and told me the bet was canceled, and that what they were going to do if he hadn’t called was wait until the game was over tonight, and charge me if it lost, but if it won they were then going to cancel.
Nice guys. Guess they feel a need to freeroll their clients.
