Lucky's Update and a Request To All bettors Re: Lucky's This thread follows-up on a post I made earlier, regarding my concerns about Lucky's and the direction they may be headed.
I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted directly by Joe Asher, the President and CEO of Lucky's.
Joe and I had a about a twenty minute conversation on a variety of topics. We agreed on some, we disagreed on at least one issue. However, we both would very much like to be proactive addressing any concerns Lucky's customers have, and what Lucky's can do to be a top book and player.
Pursuant to that, this is your thread folks. Please provide any concrete specific examples of customer service/betting/general experiences with Lucky's. What are they doing well? What can they improve on? What are they doing, that they shouldn't be doing?
I have direct contact with the man that can most certainly impact change, and MAKE IT HAPPEN. Please try to provide specific examples, preferably with exact times, and dates if you have this information.
