As the several tech-savvy among you probably realize, the whole LVA family of websites currently reside on in-house servers and are coded in ColdFusion, neither of which is an ideal situation. However, since that's what we started with (before we knew better), we had to stick with it for awhile and longer than we wanted. While moves have been (and continue to be) made to address this situation, we've simply run up against a lot of bad luck on more than one attempt to change it. We're at it again now and taking things in sections as priorities dictate (as you can see with this effort), but that creates some other problems. Namely, while we're aware of improvements that should be implemented, some of these things can't be done immediately, because we're not in-house proficient in the code for this forum platform and are on a learning curve right now. Some things will have to wait for a contracted design improvement that will also encompass our plans to build out LVASports into a bigger content-driven entity, but they can't all be done on the fly. Point is, we want you to keep pointing out the potential for improvement. We'll make the changes that we can right now and the rest as soon as possible. And all of you helping each other also goes a long way. Thanks.
