Madness I am really at a loss to understand the complete IDIOCY of these players and coaches. Cent Fla gets a 1st down at the Ga 6 yd line with 49 seconds left and 2 time outs. Clock stops on the 1st down and when the ball gets set and the clock starts the QB spikes it. Unreal. They have to kick FG after two plays and call time out with the clock stopped. They go to half with one time out still on board.

thinking the same exact thing as it was happening. must be the qb. dont think oleary is that stupid. if they take 30 seconds to run the first down play, they still have 2nd down with 2 time outs. they also left ga with plenty of time if they wanted to try to score

O'Leary should have called TO from sideline. You could see QB was going to spike it. Painfully stupid play. At least run a play from there :48 with 2 time outs left is an eternity.

No one seems to call these guys out for their moronic decisions. And you are 100% correct that the coach should have called TO from sideline. Kid can make a mistake in heat of moment but old coach should know better.
