MGM/MIrage, does anyone even read their prop sheets? They put up "Will there be a score final 2m OF THE GAME'.
THis is close to a pk'm. But they meant to make it the more conventional, final 2 minutes of the 1st half. So made the No +240 or so. Long gone of course.
Unfair to pick on the MGM, as these mistakes are commonplace, but it is frightening how much sharper the good bettors are than the books.
And don't even get me started on Planet Hollywood (the Old Aladdin). Set the Indy ML -180. They take bets -180 1 dime limit ON THE SBOWL. THEN THEY DON'T MOVE THE LINE. It is amazing to me that no one in upper, upper management realized how much money they could make by hiring someone to run their book who had A CLUE.
