MSU/ND Two DUMB football teams, WOW Tied, Michigan STate gives the game away with 1:00 to play on 3rd and forever on their 20 when their qb decides to throw it away NOT just take a 2 yard game making ND use their final time out.
ND with :45 and a timeout on 2nd and 10 from their 35 UNBELIEVABLE does not realize they are 'winning' and runs out the clock.
