Stupid question. What time on radio?
Stupid question. What time on radio?
Times vary—he posts them on his FB feed, but generally Friday and Saturday nights at 10 ET. He is a night and weekend guy. Devil's Advocate may ask if he's so great, why is he not on daily? As you will hear, he is extremely knowledgeable, but “sports radio” today is more about guy radio. He’s snarky and a bit of a curmudgeon. A lot more of a sports encyclopedia than great radio listen for the casual fan. He’s also on the Philly Comcast and does pre and postgame shows on the Eagles Network, so it’s not like he’s a part-time sports guy, just spread out over a few jobs. There are VERY few—very, very few opinions I consider to be worthy of weighing heavily. To be honest, the only one I agree with that Fezzie touts is SK. Jolly is on the very short list and it’s not like I’m trying to direct business his way. I don’t know him from Adam and he doesn’t know me. It’s merely a time investment to listen and catch his plays.
Rexd... if u are tracking Jolly.... any chance u can start a thread in this forum and share them w/ us... so we all don't have to search through and find these radio picks? Much obliged!!!

Much obliged!!!
I shall promise to try. Because I am on ET, and he often waits until the end of his show (sometimes 1:45 ET, others 12:45 AM), I rely on Dar.fm to get the picks Sunday morn. Let's just say I am quite busy finalizing compiling some intel--but I will try. Almost always somebody says they didn't stay up late, can he post his picks on the aforesaid Facebook page and his does oblige.

Update on my 3 recommendations: Sharp.... he is 39-25 for 61% from his computer plays and is 38-27 for 58% from his personal [lays. he lost his big over play last week. He posts each play at the kickoff ... has had 7 winning weeks. Straight from his website with the cut/paste... "Week 9 Results - All Plays 13-5 (72%); Computer Program 8-4 (67%); Personal Plays 5-1 (83%)" He is very good (as i said above) with totals, and has had 1 losing week in totals this season. Adding his record for the 3 types of totals for the season is 30-18 for 63%. Wunderdog.... he is 42-40 for 51% from all his plays combined. He has a net loss of 6.4 units on the season. He keeps taking Indy for some reason (Fez does this as well) and keeps losing with them. He is off of a 5-3 week, hitting seahawks, broncos, bengals, dolphins and cardinals, losing on bills, browns and colts. Overall a very mediocre season from what I've grown to expect from him but I have a gut feel he closes strong. I'd be very surprised if he does not have a net profit of +10 units to close the season and get him in the black. Michael Trapp.... i am very glad I have laid off of him this season. He is 7-9 for -29 units on the season. He is very selective with his plays but has not been winning. in all honesty I am very surprised that guys who have done well long term are struggling this season, like wunderdog and trapp. Is it just a down year? Who knows. Is it just variance??? If so... that makes what sharp is doing that much more remarkable... cause he has never had this losing year in all the years i've followed him... this is handicapping, u never know i guess. I'm 1 for 3 in these recommendations. The other guys are losing a bit, but sharps winnigns are more than making up for the wunderdog losses no doubt

Complete joke.
I'm obliged to include that since you bashed RAS after last CBB season, we went 33-20, 62%, +11.0 units in WNBA and 48-27, 64%, +19.30 units in CFB. 0-1 so far to start CBB. Basically 81-48 since. Carry on.

As for my quote, why don't you keep the whole thing, where I say: "There’s a much better chance that Dr Bob, ER or RAS don’t beat 52.4% next year than there are than any or all 3 of mine don’t beat it." Dr. Bob: 3* 5-8, 2* 10-14, Opinions 20-21, Overall 35-52 for 40% on a * basis. ER NBA ??? No season, but NFL: 12/15 for 44% and CFB 16-18 for 47% RAS CBB: TBD My point being, Fez was such a huge defender of Dr Bob, RAS CBB and ER NBA. He didn't even know who sharp fa was, yet said "not a winner" and "under 52.4%". It appears fez's go-to services are not doing well and nor is his pred that the services I put forth would win either. I admit, 1 for 3, but the "not a winner" comment directd to sharp and hes kicking ass yet again.
and u did kick ass in CFB so good job! I look forward 2 your CBB results to see how u do there, since u quit CFB to focus only on CBB, I would assume that is your bread n butter sport.
Agree, I can't speak for the other services. You seemed to write off RAS in all sports, not just CBB. If I was incorrect to assume that, then I apologize. We are very much looking forward to this year's CBB results as well.
Just reread your thread in baskets and I think I had it right the first time... "Done with RAS" "Being in bed with BW" "Completely untrustworthy" "Nothing better than good in CFB"
