Name 1 team with a GREAT defense in CFB

Name 1 team with a GREAT defense in CFB I mean most years we have 1 or 2 teams (typically from the SEC) that is thought of as a team that is really tough to score on. Bama, TCU, Ohio State? Great?...not so sure
Not as good as Nebraska last year but Boise, Iowa, and Bama are pretty damn good this year.
Iowa's looked tough today for sure.
Dude, don't you feel same way about Pro's too - Balt, Indy, Minn are all WAY down this year. From my perspective, only Pitt, NYG & Jets have potential to dominate an offense anymore. Think it is the evolution of the game and rule changes. Agree in college - Bama is young and we'll see how they do vs Auburn coming up - my guess is they won't be able to stop them either. Who knows with Boise and TCU yet - would like to see them vs. Org, Auburn, etc. I just don't know if there is a defense out there that can stop Oregon and Auburn. I don't see it - can you imagine what Oregon will do to Washington's run defense It really seems to me there are no dominant defensive lineman anymore, who can blow up defenses and really make teams pay for using the spread - Suh was one of a kind. Hard to find in pros too. Alot has to do with scholarship limits and kids wanting to play right away - it used to be automatic that Texas would shut down soft teams like TT and Baylor with superior DLine and athletes in space - no more it seems.

The game is down this year obv. on the defensive side across the board, should make for some "exciting" bowl games for the public.
I thought Nevada defense was pretty good especially in the second half of last nights game.
I think OSU's defense could stop OR. Look at what they did last year. OSU's d is fast but small - hence why WI ran over them. OR would not run over them as they match up on speed.
Answer: Whoever Texas is playing
I've watched WV a few times. Their defense appears to be top notch.
TCU has been impressive but the quality of opponent isnt there. Alabama and OhioSt both look good
