NCAA ALWAYS screws over the small conferences, hoops AND football

NCAA ALWAYS screws over the small conferences, hoops AND football They don't want to see TCU take Fla out behind the Ole Woodshed. SO...... Put TCU and Boise together. What a joke. It may as well be the Humanitarian Bowl. Same in March Madness. Any team that is really good from the small conferences, they ALWAYS send them to their deaths by making them a 8/9 seed, NEVER a 5/6 where they would have a chance. OR if they have to give a no.4 to a mid major, they pair them with the most 'live' no 13 they can find from ANOTHER small conference.
who will be the next Eliott Ness and bring this to it's knee's. I don't see any difference.
Some questions - Did the NCAA make the picks or did the guys running the Fiesta Bowl make the picks? And do they have the same interest in mind?
That is really sad. Would it not be great to see them play other BCS teams? We need/want to see it. Not fair to those teams.

And the worst part is, you KNEW it was coming....
Unless they have a playoff, IMO there is NO national champ. Champs win ON THE FIELD. Our mission is getting some winners ATS in the bowls.
Some questions - Did the NCAA make the picks or did the guys running the Fiesta Bowl make the picks? And do they have the same interest in mind?
Guys running the bowls get the choices in like a school yard pickem. Fiesta took TCU first and liked the idea of two undefeated teams. Boise will travel better than Cincy so they took Boise. I personally think TCU would beat Texas on a neutral so as usual little guy takes it up the ass.
There is an order picked to the games. This year, it fell like this. Bama, ranked #1 allows the sugar bowl to pick the first replacement and took Florida. Fiesta, losing #2 Texas, picked TCU. Orange Bowl already had GT locked in and picked next. Oddly enough, they skipped over Cinci and Boise and took Iowa... Fiesta Bowl picked next, skipped over Cinci and took Boise State. The Sugar Bowl had the final pick and took the required pick of Cinci. Rose Bowl was already locked in with Ohio State and Oregon.
I don't think the smaller conference got screwed here. The Bowls pick the teams based on delivering a good crowd. Clearly Alabama and Texas were going to be in the BCS championship game. With Ohio State and Oregon tied to the Rose Bowl, the opponent pool for TCU would be Iowa, Cincinnati, Florida, Georgia Tech. I think the two undefeated teams, both in relative proximity to the site make a lot of sense. The match-up seems pretty logical. Unlike the NCAA tournament which does seem to intentionally seed the smaller conferences to meet in the first weekend, this match up seems pretty natural. Additionally hard to say they got screwed when the Fiesta Bowl is paying them $17.5 million per team. I'm sure the WAC and MWC are plenty pleased.
Ooops......yes agree. I was wrong Next time, maybe I should check some facts before posting! Been a busy day.
